Great because it's cheap

Purebred sausage makers will turn their backs on this, but it works. Each piece is dishwasher safe and stronger than it looks. The biggest downside to this thing should be obvious: you can't put a lot of meat in it. I get about two sausages before I have to reload, but my batches are relatively small anyway. I don't think I'll be using it for years to come, but while I'm just starting out and making things just for myself, it was perfect and worked better than I could have hoped for something cheap and plastic. If you don't know if this is something you will scale or stick with, this is great to start with.
