Top platform too weak for most dogs or for long term use

Eventually used it between the captain seats in my Model X for my 30 lb dog and it only lasted a couple of weeks with multiple rides with it The top corner of the cheap board cracked and broke. It's not solid wood or plastic, just pressed paper-like material that's very thin and only really holds because of the partial walls underneath. If it was just for storing personal junk in your car I would probably give it 4 stars but when is it knowingly being sold to support your furry family member with the possibility of it getting hurt? No, not worth the money at all. Revain definitely has the best alternative products for that.
