The washers that came with it were too small for the screws. Exchanged shims with Revain/salesman who said they were too small and got a second one with the wrong size shims. I ended up going to a hardware store and buying myself a set to replace the ones the seller provided. It was inconvenient to drive to return a heavy bag hanger, drive to replace washers that should have come with the product (and write down why I returned the first one) and again pay for that out of pocket what should have come with the product . That. If I had known I would have to go through all this, I would have bought another option. Also, the I-beam I was attaching to was only 3.5 inches long, so with the size of those screws, it took forever to install. Not the seller's fault as the longer screws allow for flexibility and I knew that might be the case when I bought it. Thought I wouldn't mind as the nuts provided are nylon lock nuts. It took a good 15 minutes for them to spin.
