I learned about these is Physical Therapy. Easy to use beware blue is stiff so you'll need plenty of strength for the blue. You may want to try a different color below blue to start out. I own a black one which is much stiffer than the blue and requires alot more strength.There are several exercise you can do with them. Twist in vertical positions, Twist in horizontal postiiton, and bend in horizontal. I can definetly tell a difference.
