Review on Yusen Logistics by Brent Borseth

I like that YL has an excellent customer service department to help you with any issues or questions related your shipment/delivery; they are always willing & able too go above expectations in order tp make sure everything goes smoothly! Shipping through them was easy as well - no delays at all (which can happen sometimes). Sometimes it takes awhile before i receive my tracking info back from yl after we've already shipped our goods out but other than this there's nothing bad about using these guys- just use 'em if ya got 'er comin'!! My package arrived safely without incident :) A few things were left behind by mistake so be careful when packing up items sent via shipping containers because some boxes may not have been properly labeled w / contents etc., otherwise great experience overall :D.
