Just add a ferrite choke
Bought to fix poor reception because the stereo was placed in a corner in the middle of the house. This antenna's magnetic base encourages creative placement to optimize reception. I taped mine to the ceiling! Even though I finally caught my favorite radio station, I still had signal loss as I walked past the antenna. Pass the antenna end of the coaxial cable twice through a ferrite choke, which completely eliminates these dropouts. Have fun while listening :)
