Good shoes, true to size, comfortable
I'm new to bowling and tired of shabby rental shoes with nasty laces and just wanted something of my own - nothing fancy (but the color to match my cheap ball was good) Thanks to most of the reviews + questions and answers on this site, I went against my instincts and ordered my normal athletic shoe size instead of a size 1/2 or 1 smaller. (These adorable clown rental shoes always seem to be too big) Perfect fit. Also, they are very comfortable, wow! They're hideous - hey, they look like bowling shoes - but I jazzed them up a bit by replacing the white nylon laces with matching purple laces (see photo). I don't know how slippery they are but will follow the edit.
