PT-recommended for adductors, glutes and thighs

This ball was recommended to me by my physiotherapist after hip arthroscopy. My therapist works at the top rated orthopedic hospital in the Midwest. This is great for rolling out the adductors and penetrating the anterior hip joint. It also works well for the buttocks and other muscles. Being round, it works a little better than a traditional tubular foam roller in certain places. This ball also sits higher than most foam rollers, making it ideal for adductors. Lacrosse balls are great, but sometimes they can be too aggressive. My PT recommended it as a great ball for working in specific areas that are difficult to reach with a tubular foam roller, but not as intense as a lacrosse ball. I also have a traditional foam roller that I prefer to use for rolling quads, backs, etc.
