Great for divers. See my review.
Although I was hoping it would be wider, it worked. I'm a diver so it was very convenient when we needed to park in the parking lot. Before, when I took off my wetsuit, I had to either step onto the sidewalk or carry a tarp to change into. Even on a tarp, it picks up sand, gravel and/or debris. But this mat felt like gel under my feet, easy to clean (just rinse with water) and durable. It's also compact for travel. Just roll it up once it's washed off. The pores help sand and dirt pass through the holes during flushing. Even my husband was surprised and pleased that I thought of it.
