I was very pleased with how easy it was to use, as well as their customer service team! They were always quick at responding back when we had questions or concerns about our account. The only thing that could be improved upon would have been more training for new users regarding what they can do in order to improve your rating. We used them because we wanted help managing all aspects of our digital footprint - from social media profiles like Facebook & Twitter to blogs/websites such as Google+ PageRank etc..
