Bought this MFP for my home office. Didn't realize he didn't have a duplex until he arrived. My problem is that I didn't read the description carefully enough. And I can live without duplex. What I cannot do without is printing and scanning. The printer has a very nice scanning interface. Unfortunately, if you use it, it doesn't work. Documents are fed (or scanned on the glass) but they are not displayed on the PC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. There is no joy. When I type, about half the time it doesn't even respond to a test page. It randomly disconnects from the network for no reason and the only solution I've found is to reboot the router. Tried contacting support - good luck! When I go to their product page and click Contact Support, they ask for a model number. When I enter it, I go to a product page with a "Contact Support" button asking me to enter a model number. rinse and repeat. I used to have Brother printers and bought them for my office. I won't do it again. It's bad if the product is broken but don't offer any support. unforgivable.
