Great mic, great mic mount, good mic stand XLR cable is a piece of crap. After about 3 months the XLR connector on the side of the cable just fell apart (and no, I didn't abuse it at all, didn't pull the mic with the cable, etc.). Now if you even try to remove the mic from its mount, the cable on the back will start to detach and fall apart. It could have been a faulty XLR cable to give you reason to doubt. Great product, garbage cable.
