I bought these for hiking as they fit nicely in a backpack and don't create a 'dead weight' like a water bottle. I'm not a big fan of bite valve water dispensers, and all because I'm honestly a bit too lazy to clean them well and they're so expensive. This product was a good inexpensive alternative and you get two for the price which is nice. In fact I keep one in the car to have handy and the other in my backpack so I have enough water for me and my two dogs when we go out. After some use I found them to be quite sturdy, although I'm careful with my stuff so I can't be the best judge. I might try hanging one on the outside of my backpack to see how it works, but I feel good keeping it inside and I'm not worried it will pop. They're easy to clean and don't have that weird plastic taste. I like the wide opening to put ice cubes in and I like that they can be frozen and used as cooling compresses when I get a headache after a long hike. I definitely don't think I'll ever go back to a water bottle! I will probably buy more. Good product, good price - I recommend.
