Review on Satin Nickel Schlage F51A ACC 619 Accent Door Lever Keyed Entry Lock - Premium Quality 1-Pack Solution by Alec Winsor

I just bought a full kit, nine in all, to fix old door handles in my house. All locks were F-series polished nickel. One of the levers, a SCHLAGE F51A ACC 619 Accent Keyed Lever, came in a box unlike the other levers and appears to have been previously used and returned. It has a noticeable scratch on one of the levers that I have indicated in the attached image. Also, the hardware that came with it, including door latches and screws, was loose in the bag and not sealed like the other eight sets I bought. However, I am very unhappy as I will not be able to complete my renovation until this issue is resolved. Such a waste of my precious time. Hopefully someone will suggest a quick fix.
