The ability for multiple people to edit at once, which makes it easy to make changes without having to send out an email or have someone else do it. It's also very user friendly! I wish there was some way of seeing who has edited what when you're looking through your documents. This would be helpful in knowing if something needs to be addressed before sending it off to print. We use this tool for our business so we can easily access files from anywhere. Having all these files stored online helps us keep track of everything.
