Excited at first. Broke after 2 ½ months. There is a small rubber plug in the dust box (the red plastic part that keeps all the dirt in) and that small rubber seal has come loose. I called Revane and they referred me to Eureka. I called Yurika and they wanted me to send pictures of the broken part. I did what they asked. They emailed me that they would call me within 3 days. Never done. I called again and emailed again and finally after a couple of weeks Eureka replied with a regular email saying "The product is already 90 days old and the warranty has expired" so they didn't help. I then asked for just the rubber protector to be replaced to which they replied "No." So now I have no money and no vacuum just because Eureka didn't contact me when they promised. If they had kept their word, Surely Eureka would have at least replaced the broken valve. I will boycott all Eureka products for the rest of my life. I recommend buying the Black & Decker brand. You go on and on.
