The item was sealed in a cardboard box. The aroma is very pleasant and unobtrusive, not overpowering at all. The oil is light and does not straighten my hair. So if you want to keep your hair full, I recommend using this instead of the original. This oil makes my hair smell so good all day long! It also makes it healthy and smooth. I have ordered this size before only it was the original medicated oil and took almost 2 months! I only use it after showering and when styling my hair. You only need to use a small amount, I mean a dime sized amount. I really love this product and if you are interested I advise you to try it!
