Review on Carhartt Legacy Womens Essentials Brown by Dhoal Olson

I really wanted to love this bag. Carhartt is a great company and is local to me, so I wanted to support them. It got great reviews and I'm a bagaholic so I had to have it. If you're familiar with Carhartt products, they're made from Carhartt fabric, which is extremely durable and lasts a very long time. I'm 5ft 1" and most large bags are too big for me and the straps are too long so the bags hang down to my knees. Neither was a problem. My problem was bags. in pocket, close together with seams separating them. None of the pockets were big enough for my Iphone XR which is not a huge phone. There is also no zipper or button that I could live with. There is a pocket on the front of the bag, but it's not a vertical pocket, it's sewn on the side, maybe for a unique design touch. My phone actually fit in this front pocket, but it was horizontal, not a top-loading pocket, and I was afraid that my phone might fall out every now and then. For these reasons I sent the bag back. If you are simply looking for a sturdy large bag that will last a very long time and pockets are not a problem then you have come to the right place and will love this bag.
