Review on ACDelco PF457G: Discover the Optimal Engine Oil Filter for GM Original Equipment by Jared Poinson

This filter appears to be very durable. He's a good weight. The plastic components are made of high-quality rigid material and are firmly connected to the filter medium. Even the manufacturer information engraved on the end of the filter is clear and easy to read (see attached photo). I've used professional K&N and Wix filters, both now imported, and this AC Delco filter matches them in build quality for about half the price. Will update this review after driving 5000 miles in my aging 2005 Chevy Cavalier ecotec. ** UPDATE October 2016 ** I use the second or third of these filters and run each from 5 to 7000 miles. They hold up very well and hold their shape better than others I've used in the past.
