This was a birthday present for my grandson, which he opened up last night, and only used a handful of times. Today, both the left/right and forward/back gears did not engage. Disappointing! HOWEVER, at about 11:15 a.m. this morning I put in to return the defective one, and requested a replacement. It was delivered WITHIN 8 HOURS!
