I’ve used a 2 motor machine for several years and switching to this one did make me a little sore at first. I’m in my mid 60s and spend my days sitting at a desk. Before starting, my knees and back hurt all of the time. Now I just feel fit and tone.I do caution beginners to start slowly.If I could change anything, the buttons on the machine harder to push. My cat gets on with me and turns it off. Also more preconfigured workouts.
