When I first put one of the two cartridges into my Brother printer, the printer could not recognize them. After some fiddling (exchanging the chip etc.) I gave up and installed a second cartridge. This worked well, although the print is a bit lighter than the original. I contacted the seller and he immediately sent me a replacement cartridge with no questions asked. The replacement cartridge that the seller sent me also works without any problems. If the seller didn't support their product as well, this rating would be very different. As a result, I am very satisfied with these toner cartridges and will definitely buy them again.
