Not what I'm looking for

The mug is suitable for those who like tea from warm to cool. I bought this tea cosy expecting it to at least stay hot. But all I got was slightly warm tea. There's no other temperature setting, it's just a blue on/off button. The cup is too small for me, I have to get up and refill the tea. The handle is also annoying. The ballpoint pen squeezed the middle joint of the finger. Overall I give 2 stars.
