The best part of liongate was that they were always there for you, whether it be in terms of technical support or project management assistance. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products which made working with them very easy and enjoyable. Nothing to dislike so far! I would say make sure your team has experience using this software as we had no prior knowledge at all when choosing it but after training from our account manager everything went smoothly. We use lion gate primarily because it allows us to easily track tasks across teams within one system without having multiple applications open. It was easy to use, it's very straight forward! There are so many features that I didn't even know about that were great for my business needs. The ability to have multiple users (up to 5) with different permissions all in one place made things easier than having each person work from their own computer. Not much, but there might be something. If someone has an issue they don't want anyone else knowing about them or working around their issues then this system allows you to do exactly that.
