Although Smallshow promotes its maternity clothes as stylish and comfy, my internet shopping experience with them was anything but positive. Their customer support was subpar, and the quality of their products was a major letdown. After only a few washes, the clothes I bought from Smallshow shrank and lost their form, rendering them unwearable. I felt like a number instead of a person when I called customer support and received unhelpful answers. The website was complicated to use, and the purchasing procedure was laborious. It took too long for pages to load, and I had trouble navigating the site to locate what I needed, so shopping there was a chore. In general, I would advise against going to Smallshow to make a purchase. As a customer, you can expect to be frustrated and disappointed by their low-quality goods and unhelpful staff.
