Review on Welch Allyn 03100-U Halogen 3.5V Replacement Lamp - Superior Illumination Solution! by Brad Lovro

As a pediatrician, I expect truth from my patients and their parents; I can't provide excellent care otherwise. We are all one team. I expect the same from everyone I deal with, including my equipment suppliers. I have always used Welch Allyn brand otoscopes simply because I think they are the best and for over thirty years I have never been disappointed with them. I recently needed replacement bulbs for my otoscopes, which I use every day, and I searched the internet for Welch Allyn brand replacement bulbs. Most online retailers offer cheap generic replacement bulbs to fit otoscopes and make it clear that these are not labeled bulbs. When I found the dynamic bulbs, the familiar green and white Welch Allyn cardboard packaging I always bought was clearly visible, despite the price being double the cheapest bulbs sold on the Revain website. So I decided to buy two of these for $12.97 each (plus $5 for S&H) instead of the ones on another site that offered custom lightbulbs for only $6 each. When the bulbs arrived today I was shocked and insulted that the bulbs were not packaged in Welch Allyn packaging and did not have "Welch Allyn" printed on them. Dynamic Lighting clearly lied to me, made a bait and a spare, and I'm warning anyone reading this, RUN! If you need custom lamps there are much cheaper websites. who truthfully advertise their products as such. If you need Welch Allyn lamps, you won't find them here! I am also sending this protest to Revane and I hope they care enough to take down these liars!
