The manual that came with the mp3 player does not go into the depths of the device itself and I can't seem to find anywhere online to find support forums. It has an option to create a playlist, but doesn't actually create the playlist. I mainly use my mp3 player for podcasts and I've edited the the names and index entries, etc. on my podcast mp3s, but when I insert the microSD card into the mp3 player, it still arranges them in a weird shuffle that I cannot find how to fix no matter how many times I play around with it. I'm not really happy with this purchase and am very, very disappointed.The radio feature as well only works in three places, apparently (China, Japan, and a third that I cannot remember off the top of my head).I've only had this mp3 player for ten hours and I will be returning it.
