Although my Traeger came with digital (non-BT) thermometers, I wanted to be less tied to the device during use. I found the device easy to use and the app makes it really useful for measuring time and time etc. Pretty good BT distance from the phone, around 75m and in a different building. As far as I can tell, the accuracy seems pretty close. Multiple sensors make it easy to keep track of multiple cuts of meat and most importantly, identify hot spots on your grill. So far very happy with this device.
