As the name suggests, my girlfriend loved this bag. It looks and feels great too. She even liked the way it was packaged. The hooks feel stiff and the case fits perfectly. There are a few things she didn't like: First, the phone hangs upside down when hanging from her shoulder and she was afraid the cards would fall out. She used it when shopping with two cards in the slot and felt a little better because the cards didn't move when she walked. The cards are comfortable there, but she's still a bit worried. The second thing is the loop that the extra strap goes through. As you can see in the picture it is sewn in place so you cannot adjust this piece. When she adjusted the strap to her liking, she had about 8 inches left after the loop that holds it in place (see picture). Maybe an adjustable strap would be better? Overall she is delighted with the case and thinks it deserves a full 5 stars.
