Ball Bearing Failed in Fan Assembly on my 2009 Nissan Versa

Ball Bearing Failed in Fan Assembly on my 2009 Nissan Versa. Dealer wanted 1k to dismantle the torpedo, woo? I checked out YouTube, decided to do it myself and ordered this on August 17th. Looks like the OEM and fits perfectly. Installation took about half an hour. *Update* 7/22/18 Still working after a year! No problem.
