had to buy twice. Do not buy the exact same size that you measured your dog's neck and chest in. Buy one size bigger or it won't fit. We measured our dog's neck and it turned out to be 11.7 inches, so we originally bought this sweater in 12 inches. Too small. We came back and bought the 14 inch size and it looks perfect and doesn't tighten the skin or cause any discomfort. Too bad I don't have a picture to upload. Looks great on black dogs too!
