This unit made it easy to upgrade the Dell 3310 Laptop SSD from 128GB to 256GB. I used to use Clonezilla normally, but for some reason I couldn't run Clonezilla on this laptop. I bought this device - I inserted the original SSD on side A and the new SSD on side B and pressed the START button (the device does not need to be connected to a computer to clone the SSD). About fifteen minutes - the CLONE process is complete. I put a new SSD in the laptop and used the Windows Computer/Disk Management tool to extend the partition to include the extra disk space and I was ready to go.
