They have good support team who can help you in case if something goes wrong with your account or system which is not possible from other providers also they provide most up-to date version so no need upgrade constantly as per requirement. Their pricing structure needs rework there should be more lower price plan available than higher one. We use it mainly for Social Media Monitoring but we found few issues related to emails for our clients.
