I received this unit and was very happy to use it. I have several conditions that this type of therapy can help with. I love the fact that I can easily charge this device when needed. I charged mine and used it for an amazing session! I was happy with this unit. The next time I tried to turn on the tens, it wouldn't turn on. I have loaded a block of dozens to no avail. I had to return my block. I emailed the company first and a few days later they sent me another new muscle stimulator with dozens of blocks and asked me to return my faulty one. This company supports their product! Two thumbs up!
