The headphones themselves work great, are comfortable (I use the included headband) and appear to be well made. The sound quality is excellent and I can easily walk around the house and communicate clearly with the base which is on the 2nd floor. My headset is connected to Skype (Mac OS X) via USB and to my iPhone via Bluetooth. Switching between Skype and my iPhone is very easy. However, there are a few things to consider. If you want to connect to both a computer and a smartphone, you must first purchase the Jabra Pro 935 Dual Connectivity version, part number 935-15-503-205. Jabra model numbers, product versions and part numbers are confusing and ordering a different product will not link to both. Please also note that Jabra is no longer actively developing its PC Suite software. They've replaced it with a newer Windows-only app. I've had bad experiences with the Mac version of the Jabra PC Suite software on the latest (El Capitan) version of OS X. It was unstable and I would avoid it. If you buy the correct part number, just plug it in and it will work great with both your computer and smartphone.
