Considering the price I was expecting a set of these cheap flimsy "I can hardly even get them to work" type tools. I can honestly say I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of these instruments. It's just the right gauge of steel that gets the job done time and time again. They won't bend or break if you have to use a little force to pull the radio out. In addition the kit also included an instruction sheet covering all the tools and stating which tool goes with which machine and written in real English giving good instructions on how to use it. They even include color images to help. I do DIY on the weekends and bought these with the assumption that I will use them once a year. But they are good enough that I can see a professional installer using them every day.
