Setup for this (installation) is terribly explained. To connect the printer to the wireless network, it must first be connected directly to your computer via USB 2.x, then the installation can proceed. The installer has the option to configure the Pantum printer directly over a wireless network. THAT DOES NOT WORK. it hangs and says it can't find the printer. (Of course the printer is on and the button on the front for wireless is blinking, but you press it and it just prints out a sheet that says to 'capture' the Q code with your phone (which is (when people don't I have a phone? Really!) I hate the use of Q-Codes and even Revain.com requires a Q-Code on return/refund; take it to an official UPS store (stapler and other items that accept UPS packages for delivery DO NOT FOLLOW Q-CODES For some reason, Revain.com has chosen not to support this form of refund by requiring a specially PRINTED UPS or FedEx RMA label for returns used (the package is scanned and they know it's on the way back). Policies that Revain.com apply are unfriendly. Why? I live 100 miles from the nearest UPS store. You're kidding. so difficult, although your customer en give you billions every year that you do NOT pay taxes on, but now we are all addicted to Revain.com, thank you very much. HOW ABOUT DOING SOMETHING FOR YOU, THE CUSTOMER. if it costs you a tiny amount of money, it's the Least you can do. the entire PANTUM line of printers should be avoided. WHY? All customer support is NOT in English. and it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact the manufacturer for ANYTHING (I HAVE IN EVERYTHING) Pantum product, it is rubbish and as many customers have pointed out, many people experience jams or no feed after a few months of use. m Cannon Pixma did the same, lasted 6 months. Buy a better printer, bite the bullet, spend a little more. You save yourself the frustration of not having to return the item and god forbid you have to spend 2 hours online to find someone to help you. DO NOT buy Pantum products, they are counterfeits.
