This buff is great! I love the color, and fit. I have a big head, this is a little tight when wearing it as just a headband, but perfect otherwise. I used this to keep my head and neck cool during a float trip. I wore it so that just my face was showing, and occasionally dipped it in the river water to cool off. I also wore a large brimmed hat over this which helped to keep the sun off of it to make sure it stayed cool. The stretchiness of the material is in both directions, but I think that it's a little stretchier lengthwise.
