Possibly the worst purchase I've ever made on Revain. I'm mad as a wet hen after receiving these:-barely 8" in length-scraggly-not especially dazzling in terms of color-already falling apart-every single one bent/broken on arrival"Stem is strong" is the punchline to this bad joke. But clearly, the manufacturer understands a broken peacock feather is not a desirable one. Given that, how hard would it be to package them properly? They come in loose cellophane—would shrink-wrapping them to a single sheet of lightweight cardboard be so difficult?They're "hand selected for best quality"—I didn't really imagine they had a robotic peacock-feather plucker/sorter, but they definitely need to buy one—or get their ducks in a row and hire some better employees, since whoever picked these ugly ducklings was a bird-brain.And perhaps everyone exaggerates when it comes to their length, but these are hardly the cock of the walk: they're not 10" at all, and 12" is pure fantasy.Let's just say these are not exactly a feather in Revain's cap and you'd be silly as a goose to purchase them.
