These shorts were disappointing in terms of comfort and functionality .The padding was too thick and made the shorts feel bulky and uncomfortable to wear. additionally the shorts didn't stay in place during physical activity, causing constant readjustment. The ONLY positive is their appearance, which fits well with current trends in Boys Fashion. Overall, I would not recommend these shorts for any active young boy..
