Both Eascrozn Ice Shapes work very well. Once frozen, simply flip them over and press the bottom of each cube and it will pop out. In order to receive the sphere, this tray comes in two parts. The upper shell forms the top of the sphere. It has a small opening so you can fill the tray with water through the included funnel. I freeze them, dump them into a container and then freeze more cubes. So I always have ice cream. A square or ball takes a long time to melt, making them ideal for iced teas or cocktails. Both trays have become a welcome addition to my kitchen!
