Review on Aptum by Paul Varnado

I love that we can create our own modules for any task or process in which it is needed! It's easy enough so even my non-technical friends could use this software without having too much trouble using it themselves (or at least not more than they would if were just working from scratch). That being said there isn't anything really bad about aptametrics as far as its features go - but sometimes when you're looking through all your options within one system things get lost/confused because everything looks similar. We've been able solve many problems by creating custom workflows such as sending out emails upon approval/disapproval etc., tracking projects internally & externally along w deadlines set up via email reminders sent directly into each users inboxes.
