This product works very well. I was able to lower the mouse to a level that did no further damage to my wrist and hand. At the same time, as already mentioned, others. The stupid "button" has NO grip and allows the damn thing to just move. I tried the rubber gasket idea mentioned elsewhere, but came up with a much better solution. I countersunk the bracket 1 set of screw holes and left the top 2 screw holes "open". I took 2 wood screws that fit the holes and screwed them into my table. No more "picking crap" knowing that WAYYYY is more robust than before. Also, where I posted it, I can rotate it under my desk when not needed. Of course, this doesn't work if you don't have a wooden table. :) The plastic is pretty strong but if it ever breaks I'm sure I can make a really nice wooden tray.
