Review on Sifter by Joe Michels

The best thing about the tool is that it allows me to get the issues resolved in a much shorter time than I'd get if I were using a different issue tracker. I can also easily keep track of the issues which have been resolved and which are still pending. The only thing that I dislike about the tool is that it doesn't provide any way to track the tasks which are still pending. It would be great if it included a feature for such tracking. We are resolving issues in a much shorter time and also we are able to keep track of the issues which have been resolved and which are still pending.
