Review on Styling Thinning Texturizing Replacement Stainless by Scott Bailey

Bought to use in my beauty kit until my pro shaver arrived. Item came exactly as pictured and came with 10 spare blades which was great because you will need them! In general, I noticed that the blades are differently sharp. First use - perfection! Sharp blade, easy to cut hair - everything is fine. 2nd cut, blade change (that's a common practice/standard in my beauty classes and salons I guess) and it was ridiculously stupid. My mannequin's hair was almost uncut and the ends were starting to look disheveled. Oops! I changed the blade again - everything worked fine. I think that's why there are so many mixed reviews about the 'hotness' of this product. To be honest it was annoying in my class setting and I had to start/stop too much to believe it was great value for money. However, it helped me until my best razor arrived. If it's a placeholder, it's probably fine, but you can get a cheaper one. and if you're quarantined at home and trying to cut your hair a bit, that will probably work too. Just make sure you change your blade regularly. It was all very love-hate relationship for me, so I think I'm going to be neutral about it. 3/5
