Great product, but - clearly return - with mud on the insoles!
This shoe is ideal for swollen or mixed feet. Sturdy and comfortable BUT the pair they sent came in a plain box and obviously came back with white coating on the insoles. Very rude! If I had had the opportunity to repackage a used product I would have opted for a new one instead, but it was sold as NEW. Not good!

- I have problems with my left foot and this slipper is the best I've tried in terms of fit and comfort.

- Can be difficult to clean or maintain
