Potential Quality Control Issues

This drive worked, but there may be some quality control issues. I've had to reformat it twice in just three months and I suspect NAND is slowly failing. Actually it's a shame. The design and shape are appealing as I appreciate the metal finish and construction. Unfortunately, USB-C does not always want to connect to my smartphone without a bit of wobbling. This is the only device that has this problem. That's a pity too.
