The package includes three different sizes of rubber eartips to snap onto the earcup, the right earcup itself, the charging stand in the picture that fits any USB port, and a round protective case. If you need a replacement left earbud ***THIS WILL NOT FIT YOU***, you need to keep looking and find almost the same product but with a left earbud. It took me a second to figure out how to sync the earbuds together, but you can factory reset them and do it automatically.
