I originally bought the old version which broke and co. Updated with no problems. Customer service via email is great, fast and accommodating. I like the mop, very easy to use. I like the updated mop more! However, I like the old mop "bucket" better because it has "teeth" on the bucket for better cleaning of the mop head and a handy drain plug, but I never used it for fear the plug would come loose and water would end up leaking (never happened it was just a precaution but the new bucket doesn't have a drain plug so no worries) but overall great for the price and you have enough pads so if you don't want to get dirty pad back to clean Water, just turn off and carry on, the water is not dirty, or if you don't care, use the same mopping pad, rub the bucket and carry on, now you only have dirty water. depends on your preferences.
