Great customer service & professional approach

The team at iCom are always available to help, they will listen carefully what your needs/wants really is then give you advice about how best we can meet them! They also have great ideas for campaigns that would be perfect fits into our business strategy but may not fit exactly within my budget or time frame - so it's good knowing there isn't anything being overlooked by their expertise!! Nothing as such yet though just looking forward to working together more closely now this project has been completed :).

Pros

Everything was very well organised with clear communications from beginning till end (including all emails) along side excellent account managers who were happy & eager when answering questions back promptly throughout process
